After a week of   very dubious weather, the day of the District Summer Rally was beautiful.  Held at Penyard House, near Ross-on-Wye, Inner Wheel members from around the district gathered to celebrate the handover of the office of District Chairman to Pat Dazeley.

Lunch was followed by the usual formalities, speeches, thanks, etc. and the whole occasion was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
