The Inner Wheel Club of Dursley was founded in 1960

We celebrate this with our annual 'Charter' night in October each year

The President, Executive and other Representatives

The President plans her year, decides on her chosen charity/charities and can suggest events in addition to club meetings

The Executive

The Executive consists of the President, Immediate Past President and Membership Officer, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, International Service Organiser, Club Correspondent, together with committee members and meets monthly the week before Club Meetings to organise forthcoming events


We have three Committees. International/Social/Catering, in addition to the Executive and club members are divided between them.

Our Finances

Subscriptions are due on 1st July each year and are paid into the Club Fund. Subscriptions at present are £50

From our subscriptions we pay Capitation to International, Association & District Inner Wheel

We have a separate Charity Account holding money for local, national and overseas charities

Our Newsround & Handbook

Members of the club produce regular Newsrounds listing all forthcoming events. Articles and Reports from members are welcomed. Newsrounds are normally given out to members at a Club Meeting and are also displayed on our website

A Club Handbook is given to each member at the start of each Inner Wheel Year which lists all members together with their contact details, the Inner Wheel Programme for the year together with a list of Committees and the members thereof
